Department of Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration was established during the academic year 2005 - 2006 with an objective of producing world class managers and entrepreneurs of tomorrow for knowledge based economy. The department encourages Project, Workshop, PPT etc. There is a team of well - qualified faculty members dedicated to quality education. It aims to help the students to enhance their overall academic experience and leadership qualities and ethics among students. It is also providing placement opportunities for their excellent career.

The department involves students in interactive classes where they can learn, acquire skills and form attitudes and values appropriate for managerial and professional careers in business, industry and government.

Experienced faculty expose students to real life business situations in stimulating, learning environment. The business administration programmes provide the students to have opportunity to go forward in the broadest range of professional directions and build sound and rewarding careers to compete effectively in today’s fast paced world and that are valued by society.

Students are given an insight into the management techniques prevailing in the corporate world. It exposes students to a variety of subjects: Accounting, Business Law and Ethics, Economics, Finance, Production and Operation Management, Marketing, Strategic Management etc.

The department has produced eight rank holders at university level since 2005. The department has a Good library. The department has an association which conducts Paper Presentation, Quiz, Ad-Act, Management Games, Art from waste, Best Manager, Face Painting etc., every year. Our department conduct Marketing Mela and Student Development Programme every year and it encourages the students to become a Best Entrepreneurs in future.
