A.K.D. Dharma Raja Women's College, Rajapalaiyam, celebrated its 34th College Day on March 29, 2025.

The special guest, Dr. Murugan Veerapandian, CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi, delivered the special address. He praised the teachers for empowering women through education, which leads to rights, equality, and success. He emphasized that good education is essential for a bright future.

The special guest, Ms. S. Subashini, Director of Ramco System Limited, Chennai, shared her inspiring story, crediting education for her success.

Correspondent, A.K.D. Krishnama Raju, presided over the function. The Principal, Dr. M. Lakshmi, presented the annual report. The Heads of the Mathematics and English departments, Mrs. P. Meenakshi and Mrs. R. Lakshmi, respectively, delivered introductory speeches. The student chairman, Ms. Sri Rajalakshmi, expressed gratitude.

Awards and certificates were presented to students who excelled in academics and other fields. The students showcased their talents through a captivating cultural program, such as dance, Tamil drama, and English drama.

The event was attended by a large gathering of dignitaries, college family members, committee members, academic advisors, faculty members, students, and parents. The event concluded with the joyfull memories.
